they just make you worse...

I am so sick of negativity. People think it's much easier to bond over it...but if I have to hear one more time about how our one class sucks... I might have to scream. Loud. If you don't want to be in class...then get the fuck out of college, you know? I think people are old enough after their 5th year of college to realize that you have to pay in order to get something. Time and work=degree. Duh. No shit. You know? If that's not your cup of tea, leave. On top of that, you should find the subject matter INTERESTING since it is in your MAJOR. If you do not find it interesting, have fun living a miserable life if you utilize your degree. UGH!

I complain about negativity...then I get all negative. Woo, rock city!

Tonight I got to see Dennis Archer's (former Detroit mayor, the one who saved the city from the wrath of Coleman Young) proposal for the Super Bowl in Detroit. My teacher did not know the exact date, but I kind of figured from the newscast that it was 2000ish. Anyway, it was really freaking interesting to watch and I almost blew a gasket because people were talking and hot damn, I care about this stuff. When I grow up (in a couple of months), I want to help the city of Detroit's retail sector. Do you think there is such a position? Like "Detroit Retail Helper-Outer?" I feel like I care WAY too much about the city of Detroit to NOT help it...you know?

I'm getting mad because certain cable stations are being poopheaded right now. I skipped out on Newlyweds and THE WEDDING on Til Death Do Us Part because of the cable issue. I ended up watching The Bachelorette finale. I lost interest in it this season because I had to keep missing like the entire episode...and since I watch so much tv these days...I'm not into the whole taping-it-and-watching-it-later thing. It was hands down the most emotional and real ending to any of The Bachelors or the other The Bachelorette. I'm just getting very frustrated because I want to watch Nick at Nite right now...and I can't. BAH!

I think tomorrow's agenda has a trip to Nordstrom written in. In desperate need of a new pair of jeans and birthday money comes in mighty handy for that, yo. Everytime I go to Nordstrom, however, they are out of Miss Sixtys in my size. Cross your fingers for me, my ass needs new jeans.
