[Entry 240]
<<||>>

it's herd behavior...

Gotta make this quick...

Rich hooked me up with the Jenna Jameson autobio...and it's totally a great read. I don't want to put it down. Damn good thing Extreme Makeover isn't on tonight...thanks to the three hour season finale of The Apprentice (um hello, WHY?).

So I'm finally like getting amped up...tomorrow's like a half day due to the holiday party and then I work two days next week. Talk about a short work week! Everyone is in such great spirits at work, too...well for speaking of those IN the office. Everyone's all over the place right now...so the office is pretty empty. Anyhoo...

I'm ready to throw my cellphone out the window. I'm not sure if it's my cellphone...or my service...but whatever "it" is..."it's" being very shady. Sometime my phone just decides it won't ring. When you call it, it will ring for the usual four rings before going to voicemail...however, my actual cellphone will not ring. It is beyond ridiculous. I keep missing calls and only knowing I miss them if a voicemail is left for me. I get the ringalingling for a voicemail...but no love for actual calls. It's so ridiculous and the last thing I want to do this weekend is get on the phone with "tech support" in India.

I've been dragging ass all week. I've been going to bed at a reasonable time and actually waking up about 15 minutes later than usual. Tonight...I'm making myself stay up a little longer. We'll see what happens to my dragging ass tomorrow. Sometimes you need lack of sleep to throw you back on balance. Ok, maybe not "you"...but "me."

Trying to decide whether or not it's worth $5 to have my credit card statements sent to me via e-mail rather than through the mail. I hardly ever use that card...so it's not a big deal. The only thing that freaks me out about that is how easy it is to delete e-mail that's not from friends...just thinking it's spam. I should probably do it; pay me $5 so I don't have to get a statement in the mail? Seems like it would be alright. Plus, 5 bucks is 5 bucks...
