Brand new venue. Ah:-) Too bad Janet Jackson got to it before Pearl Jam did:-) Ed made a comment during the show about Janet Jackson playing, and basically, he was dissing Ms. Jackson...and Stone was all like, "No no!" making hand gestures and stuff. I think he took some offense to your comments Ed;-)

"Oceans"! Ahh! I was so happy when they opened with "Oceans"! I had a secret wishlist before I left..."Porch"..."Oceans"..."Hard to Imagine"...and of course "Throw Your Arms Around Me"...as well as a few others. So when Pearl Jam opened with "Oceans"...I did a little freak out! :-) They also had water projected onto the screen...very nice affect.

This show was interesting because it was general admission on the floor. First PJ concert I've been to this year with general admission...always adds to the show in many good and bad ways...

"In Hiding" was played...awesome awesome awesome...I don't understand why the band doesn't play this song as much as the others off of "Yield" (as well as "No Way" and "Pilate" and "Lowlight" fellas!) "Nothingman"...beautiful as always. I think the crowd really loved "Nothingman" too.

Aw man, "Not For You"...first time I had heard it on the tour (that is in person...)...seems this song has become a rarity this year...and that is a bad thing...for such a great song to be rarely played!

The last two songs before the first encore...rocked the house..well the house in my head:-) "All Those Yesterdays"..gosh that song is so awesome live! I was so happy I could enjoy the song this time instead of my ass getting kicked (Alpine Valley...second night...lawn...). They pulled out "Porch" for the second night in a row! I was thrilled yet again! What a treat!

Stone, the man, came out and did a little "Mankind" for us...saying that he basically had to twist some arms to play it:-) After an excellent version of "Mankind" (that the crowd reacted greatly to, in my opinion)...Stone kidded us with something along the lines of, "OK, want me to sing another one?" I wish he'd stop teasing us! I'd love to see Stone sing something else...not that I hate "Mankind"...that's not it at all...I just think it would be entertaining and new to see Stone sing something...

They ended the second encore with "Fuckin' Up". "Fuckin' Up" has always been awesome...but this tour...it is perfect! After "Fuckin' Up"...we all started to leave...usually Pearl Jam doesn't play after "Fuckin' Up"...so we figured it was the end. The house lights were turned up...so we thought that was it. The crowd was to persistent to call it a night...so the boys came back out and played a wonderful version of "Indifference"...a great song to start my day off;-) A day of rest in-between two shows can be good and it can be bad...good since you can rest...bad since you find yourself bored and restless:-) 24 hours without a Pearl Jam concert...can be a traumatic thing...
