Wednesday, November 16th, 2005[Entry 418]no invitations to the ball...
I would call today the official first "really fucking cold day" of the season. Brrrr! And stupid tiny snowflakes dropped from the sky (though when I observed this, I called the sky the "ceiling"...so apparently I think the sky ends at some point). I hate cold and I hate the snow. Though with automatic start and the opportunity to not have my car parked on the street...really makes me not hate the snow so much. 'Cept driving in it isn't totally rad, either.
I went this morning to the periodontist. Today's visit went much smoother than last week's visit. They removed my stitches...which I wasn't scared about, but I just thinking about having them removed gave me the heebie jebbies. Anyway, the assistant that took them out told me, "It may pinch when I cut them..." I sat there waiting for a pinch...and felt nothing. I didn't even feel anything when they removed the (whopping) two stitches. I was sort of surprised. Maybe also impressed. I told the girl that she did a great job because I didn't feel a thing. Apparently the area looks "actually really good." So that was nice to hear. After I ate the popcorn on Sunday...I was like...shit, what if a kernal gets stuck in the wound or something?
Why is my computer not recognizing my iPod? Damn it...
Back to the tooth: good news is I don't have to rinse with that nasty-ass-tastebud-altering mouthwash anymore.
Ah. Finally my computer says "hello" to my iPod. And woah: 19 new songs to add. I've been lazy, eh?
OOOh. I just experimented with putting photos on my iPod. They look really cool on there. Kinda useless...but figured I may as well upload my train station pictures to it. Yay iPods!
Today was Lauren's birthday...I made her brownies...and totally overdosed on them today. I had two before lunch. Then we went out to Shield's for lunch. After that all semi-digested, I took another brownie. SO GROSS!
Wow. Like seriously. I am very impressed with how great photos look on the photo iPod. Wonder why I didn't plop pictures into it sooner...
Can't believe the South American PJ shows start in less than a week. Those should be interesting listens...
