counting steps...

So I guess it's time to accept the fact that summer is over. It's a hard thing to do when it really doesn't even feel like fall. Just last week it was still pretty humid out. On my drive to Jazzercise, though, the clouds were really thick. Like snow clouds. I hate cold weather. Hate it. But at the same time, there's special feelings that can come out of fall and winter...so I really shouldn't bitch. And I like winter clothes a ton more than summer clothes.

I have one stamp left. I really am hatin on the fact I have to go to the Post Office to buy stamps. For some reason, it seems like it's a wasted trip if I don't have a package with me to drop off there.

I am horribly addicted to television right now. I hate it! It's almost like every night there's something I want to watch. I am definitely utilizing the DVR like mad crazy. Only my DVR is way retarded/broken and I am not about to get on the phone with Comcast for the billionth time. Maybe someday when I'm bored. My DVR won't allow you to change the channel when you are recording something...even though the book says it can do so. I know it's broken, but I must say the WOW (WideOpenWest) DVR is a million times better than Comcast's stupid DVR. Comcast's is very loud. Very hot. And you can't set it to record two things at once. Funny how I'm whining about a tool that is a complete luxury. But bitching is fun sometimes. Especially when it comes to stupid Comcast.

I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. My allergies are amuck. And it seems like everyone else is having allergy problems, too. I know my issues with getting up this morning were allergy related... and also the fault of the Style network. The Look for Less was on and I freaking looooove that show. I just couldn't stop myself from turning off the tv.

Back to the seasons...
I can't even believe September is almost over. It seems just like yesterday my co-workers were still working on planning their weddings. And they've both come and gone. If there's no PJ tour next summer, I'm def taking off some time to do nothing. It seems like the only way you can fully enjoy summer is resorting back to your lazy childhood past.
