[Entry 350]
<<||>>

we ride tonight...

Last night my mom, dad, and I went over to Gen and Aaron's for a 4th of July dinner. It was DAMN good. Gen made meatless fried chicken. It was yummy! My mom and dad even ate it (though that's not some sort of "woo hoo" anyway since my mom eats Quorn in her stir fry now instead of chicken). The fried chicken is a pain in the ass to make...so you must enjoy it, you know? I was still burping up meatless fried chicken when I woke up this morning (I know, totally sexy).

Today. I dunno. I'm not in a good mood.

Work was crazy and hectic and I feel like I got nothing accomplished...even though when I run through a list of things I did in my head...I can confirm I got a lot done. I think I feel unaccomplished because I had a lot of things to take care of outside of work that didn't get taken care of. I need to make an appointment to get my hair done. I found a new haircut that I am way excited about. Hopefully I can get my hair cut tomorrow because it's completely unmanageable right now. It's at "that" length where I get a stupid wave in it. One wave. A couple of weeks ago, it was at a great length because no matter what I did to my hair, it flipped...and it looked good. Now I just have this one wave that screams "bed head." If I don't have the time to straighten it in the morning, I throw my hair in a ponytail. Which is a pathetic excuse of a ponytail because my hair isn't that long. Anyway. I have to do that tomorrow.

I have tons of fun stuff to take care of...like figuring out why my city isn't taking my taxes out of my escrow account. Was not too happy to get my summer tax bill..."hey hasn't this technically been paid already?" So I must must must must must take care of that tomorrow.

Was so puzzled last night before I went to bed to see Howard Stern on..."Howard Stern isn't on at 11 on Sunday nights. Oh wait..." 3 day holiday weekends throw me off, yo!

That totally cracked out 70s show on MTV premieres tonight. Hopefully I'll remember to watch it. It's probably the lamest show ever...but I'll give it a whirl...
