does it inspire?

Neglecting this and my e-mail have become my new pasttime, huh? I can say the same thing as always; I've been busy...

...and I have. But I haven't helped things out myself. As I started looking for a place to live...again.

And guess what kiddies? I'm back to square one: a condo. And even more "oh my gosh you idiot" and annoying...a condo directly below that one condo I was very interested in buying. The reason why this one is more desirable: asking price is cheaper, in unit washer and dryer, and new windows. The other one is still for sale...the price has been reduced, yet this fresh on the market one is still cheaper...and the other unit does not have a washer and dryer in the unit AND it does not have new windows. The new windows thing really threw me for a loop the last time...replacement windows are very costly when you're talking replacement windows in a condo. They're usually really screwy sizes and stuff.

Yesterday morning, at about 1/4 to 8, my grandma calls my house...to TELL MY MOM TO WATCH THE STUPID CHARLES AND CAMILLA WEDDING! Hahaha...like anyone in this household gives a shit about Charles and Camilla! While I lay in my bed, I realized I have seen over 20 houses in the area and I have seen over 21 condos in the area. It made me feel very very very exhausted. And it also made me realize that I have seen a hell of a lot of what is out there. I know what I can get out of a house in my price range and I know what I can get out of a condo in my price range. With a house...I definitely get a lot of grossness. I get a lot of work, not only in maintainence but also in updating. I also get NO ROOM; the houses I can afford that are somewhat decent are about 700 square feet and do not have a basement. Not to mention most do not have garages...and what do are pathetic excuses of a garage. I could go on. I just realized, though, that I can get more for my money (square footage wise) with a condo... AND I'll never have to shovel or mow.

To tell you the truth, I can't even begin to figure out what I've been doing for the past couple of days.
