i'm lost at sea...
don't bother me...

It's so funny the way online journals work. To be honest with you, I don't read a lot of blogs/journals of people I don't know. But I have a very very very very small few I do read that I am quite fascinated with. It's so weird how you can get caught up in someone else's life...and the reason you do is because they are so different from you. Or maybe they are similar. Regardless, online journals are strange things. Entertaining, but strange.

I bought a beautiful beautiful beautiful creamy white all-lace long sleeve shirt at Forever 21 yesterday. I bought it to wear underneath my interview suit for interviews... but I will most certainly wear it out when K and I get off our asses and go do something...anyway, I think the shirt will look great with a pair of jeans and a pair of pointed toe heels.
I went over to K's house this evening. It is so cute! Her kids are also very adorable. She's so cute with them. She does what I do with our cats...Rory especially... everytime I pass her, I have to exclaim, "You are SO cute!" K does that with her kids, "You are SO gorgeous!" or "You are SO adorable!" It made me smile.

I want a 3/4 sleeve hoodie. In white. And in black. The Gap has one (don't even ask me how I ended up on that bland store's website). I heart it...it's mesh (not like fishnet mesh, ew). Problem is...it's $34.00...for a freaking hoodie? That's just stupid ridiculous. Especially since all Gap clothing is made in the smallest, weirdest countries no one has ever heard of. So if anyone knows where a gal can get a lightweight 3/4 or half sleeve hoodie for under $20, tell me! LOL I paid $5.99 for my white terry cloth hoodie two summers ago.

I hate when you ask eBay sellers a question and they don't bother to answer. In this case, I don't bother to bid. How dumb is that? Hello, someone is showing interest in buying your crap...answer a simple question like, "How much is shipping to the States?" Dumb.

I was going to blabber about the song True Love Waits by Radiohead and also say you aren't human if you don't like at least one Radiohead song. But I think I've been there and done that with both subjects in this journal before. Or perhaps my old journal.

I wonder when I will hate my current perfume. I used to wear Tommy Girl. Now I can't stand the smell of that. I used to wear Polo Sport. Now I can't stand the smell of that. I used to wear MAC Ashphalt Flower from time to time. Now I can't stand the smell of that (and that's probably alright since they don't make it anymore).

Haha rad. Randomness on WMP...and Lowlight from Bridge 2001 came on. Remember when I was obsessed with that version of Lowlight? I literally remember listening to that song... and that song only...for days, perhaps even weeks. I think seeing that live was more meaningful than seeing Hard to Imagine in Knoxville 98. Which is strange because I think Hard to Imagine is perhaps my all-time favorite (don't hold me to that, though, I can never decide on ONE favorite PJ song). Maybe I feel more in love with Lowlight from Bridge because it was such a great version...Hard to Imagine in Knoxville...not exactly perfect. As far as I'm concerned, the version of Lowlight from Bridge 2001 was perfect.

I think I need to go eat some popcorn. In case I've never mentioned it before: Newman's Own Butter microwave popcorn is the best popcorn on this planet.

Oh...and what's funny now?
My brother's current obsession with Destiny's Child/Beyonce. Only he's obsessed with shit that people have been over for years...like Say My Name and Bills, Bills, Bills. You should've seen his eyes light up when I told him I owned the first Destiny's Child cd. I bought that on the 2000 Pearl Jam tour in Ohio. Isn't that funny stuff? All of it?
