What's up Docs...
Many people leave their computers on all the time. Never turn them off. I leave mine on all day, but turn it off at night. However, I am
now downloading the third season of Six Feet Under because my sister's been copying the episodes for me...and it delays my watching...and
she had burned through the third episode...and I went to watch that third episode and it wasn't playing right. So I just decided to start downloading
it myself. It's taking forever, though. So the comp may stay on tonight...which sucks because my computer seems to have gotten the "loud" bug and it
is really annoying.
Yesterday was the fashion show at school. I never attended any of the student fashion shows during my four semesters in the fashion program. For some reason,
I felt I really needed to go to this one. I think it's because I realized how great the program is...and also because they did some extra special stuff
this time around. It was a benefit for the Humane Society...and dogs were in the show. The work in the show...I was very impressed with. I didn't know my fellow
classmates were so talented. There's a distinct division between merchandise students and design students...only because merchandise students spend more time
together because they're in the same classes and vice versa for design students. I was friendly with one design student last semester...but that was the extent
of having a design friend. So it was great. Weather was kind of cold (it was outside)...but it was worth it for the delicious free brownies that were there. I swear I
need to e-mail someone and ask them where the hell those brownies came from because they were damn good.
I'm going to make some of those Butterfinger brownies tonight while watching Helter Skelter.
So my search for black sandals has ended. I won a pair of XOXO sandals that I wanted last summer from Incognito (only in a color combo, not the all-black like I won). Today
my mom and I went into Mervyn's as a last resort...and I found two more pairs of black sandals. However, it slipped my mind I got those XOXO sandals...so one of the two
sandals I got at Mervyn's is going back. They were so cheap, though...they were half off...so it was like buy one, get one free. I feel much more content now. Now if only
I had more than two pairs of jeans (yes, I own more than two, but I only like two of them, well, I like three, but one pair is black and those just aren't summer friendly).
Ok lots of stuff to do...
I thought of a new design for my webpage. I started to working on it...but I think instead of copying someone's whole schtick, I think
I'll expand upon it, but design it myself. Ideas for new layouts/designs do not come to me often...so I'm sorta geeked out right now.
Everyone else will probably think it is stupid...but I think it fits me perfectly. I shouldn't get ahead of myself, though...
